How do i get my eyes to look big with makeup?

i just got contacts and my eyes look way smaller then i thought they were so how can i use makeup to make them look largerHow do i get my eyes to look big with makeup?
if you use a white or a lighter color eye shadow just under your eyebrow it will appear biggerHow do i get my eyes to look big with makeup?
use eyeliner and curl your lashes
Curl your lashes. Apply dark mascara that adds volume and length. Apply light shadow at the inner corners of eyes, darker at outer corners and crease. (Use a shadow color that complements your eye color.) Apply liner that has a slightly drawn-out tip; broken lines make eyes appear larger.
use eye liner, than for eye shadow, on lid put a darker color, in crease put a lighter color, and right under your brow put a whitish color. for mascara zig zag your brush from you root up.
use eyeliner and mascara that curls your eyelashes like that curlxl thing.
try using eyeliner on the outer rims of your eyes, if your eyes are paler in colour skip the black and try a grey or olive eyeliner. Curl your lashes and apply a good mascara.
Definitely use an eyelash curler and mascara. I like Shu Emura's (think that's how it's spelled) eyelash curler, it has a gel curler which seems to make the eyelashes stay curled longer. I then put a few coats on mascara on the top lashes (I like Diorshow and Maybelline's Great Lash.) Before that though, try using eyeliner on your top lid and some darker shadow to line the outer corner of your lower lid. I also like to put some highlighting shadow (creamy or golden color) to the inner corner of your top and bottom eye lid. This is the method I use. I've also heard that lining the inside rim of your top eyelid with white eyeliner gives you the wide-eyed effect. Perhaps you could try that out too. Good Luck!
I would try a great lengthening+volumizing mascara in black, and curl your lashes! (Also, don鈥檛 forget your bottom lashes; this makes a difference!)

Eyeliner usually works well in defining and opening eyes, but you could also try to line your lower lash line with a white pencil (I know it sounds strange, but apparently it works! ).

Avoid dark eyeshadows, and instead opt for light and bright, sheer, or shimmery ones. You should also make sure your brows are manicured, as this does wonders for opening up your eyes and changing the look of your face.

Applying a highlighter in the inside corners of your eyes, on top of your brows, and along your browbone also helps!

Good luck hun! =] Hope this helps!
putting mascara on eyelashes and then curling them gives your eyes a more open appearance.
To make your eyes stand out, always define your eyebrows, and use an eyeliner close to your lashes and a couple of coats of mascara. Apply a soft color across your lid - shape + shade your eyelid to make your eyes look bigger. Lining small eyes always brings them out - lighter colors will work to enlarge your eyes more.
First I would start out lining the top lids with eyeliner from the outer corner to three quarters of the way in. Then I would put white eye shadow just on the inner corners of your eyes, it makes your eyes pop. And ,if you have it, line the under eyes with white eyeliner to make them appear more open. Then put mascara on the top AND bottom of your eyes. Extra suggestion, always put an extra layer of mascara on your outer lids to increase largeness. You should be good to go. :)
Apply EyePencil Inside the rims of ur eyes. THis ALWAYS make ur Eyes look bigger, and black Mascara in the end.

Contacts. If you're talking about visible make-up, you can get brown eyeshadow, and rub it from the corner of your eye to the end of your eyebrow and blend it in. This may not help, but I tried.
I dont know without, but curling eyelashes then applying mascara to keep them is The eye opener.

It will ake you look alert and awake inthe eyes and it opens the amazingly I think.
light eyeshadow, in a neutral color-like shimmery beige. a little eyeliner along top lash line, brown, black , or gray. curl eye lashes w/ an eyelash curler and use some mascara.

you could wear clear mascara or if you are able to get your eyelashes permed and tinted they will open the eye up.

I have one eye that is a little smaller than the other. how should I do makeup to make them look the same?

i have big eyes in general, and its mainly in pictures that the size difference is noticeable, but I want to take pictures now. i have seen that there are makeup tips, but I have never seen what they are. oh and I have long lashes. thanksI have one eye that is a little smaller than the other. how should I do makeup to make them look the same?
The best thing to do, is arch your eye shadow on the lower eye higher then your other eye. But, in general, when taking pictures, the eye that is smaller, you should raise that eye-brow, and keep the other eye brow at the regular position. This will help dramatically.I have one eye that is a little smaller than the other. how should I do makeup to make them look the same?
Try applying your eyeliner in a slightly thicker line on the smaller eye (the top lash line, not the bottom). This should balance them out.

The eyelids really stand out. How do I do that?

Using makeup how do i make my eyes look like this?
Use a light creamy color allover your lid- from lashes to brow.

Apply a slightly darker shade to just above the natural crease of your eye.

Apply black liquid liner to the upper lashline extending just out past the corner of the eye %26amp; heavy mascara (or fake lashes for more drama).

Highlight the brow bone (just below your eyebrow) with a pale, even shimmery, shadow color.

    Fill in your brows.

this look is difficult to achieve if you do not have a prominent brow or have double lidded (asian) eyes.Using makeup how do i make my eyes look like this?
try to put the dark color on the crease, then the light on your brow bone.

use a medium shade on your lid, and just try to make your eyeliner really bold

That's me.What makeup would look best on a girl with beige skin, black hair, and nearly black eyes?
Guessing from your description, I think you're an Asian, right? Haha. Don't use pastels. That's for fair-skinned girls only. Earth tones are most flattering for you, or you can use dark makeup. Your pick. Just experiment around and find a look you want. You can also go to Youtube and they have a wide selection of tutorials. Hope I helped. What makeup would look best on a girl with beige skin, black hair, and nearly black eyes?
The best eyeshadow for you is gold and blue. I suggest applying shimmery gold to your lid and then an icey blue to your crease. Also a navy eyeliner would really polish the look off.

What i do is just use eyeliner at the top of my lids

the best colors are brown, purples, i use a dark brown

it really makes your eyes pop. I notice when i use

eyeliner at the bottom of my eye it appears smaller,

and just doesnt look right on me. if you do use liner at the

bottom just put it on lightly, and smudge it.

Mascara also helps use a eyelash curler and mascara

it will make your eyes stand out.
using white eyelinr makes your eyes look wider
i have the same problem and when i put on dark eye shadow and a line eye liner it helps for me
I would definitely start by lining your waterline (bottom and top) with white liner...
i have the same problem, i have super dark brown eyes and they're small.

What i do is in the morning, i take some ice cold water and put it on a towel. then i put it on each of my eyes for about 30 seconds. This reduces the puffyness A LOT. so you don't look small-eyed and tired when you go into school.

then i curl my eyelashes, and put on lengthening mascara.

then i put on a beige shimmery creme eyeshadow from my lids to my eyebrows. Yes, the whole way up. Lol. Don't use a ton, and dont use white or some crazy color, because then you'll look like you painted your makeup on. Just use a beige shimmery shadow or something natural and close-ish to your skin tone.

I love wet 'n wild mega eyes creme eyeshadow in Champagne Toast. I use it every day. :-)

    hope i helped!

also, DON'T use eyeliner. It makes your eyes look super squinty.
use eyeliner on the top eyelid and use less on the bottom if any at all. also use a slightly shimmery highlighter under your eyebrows (the part closest to your temple) and on the inner corner of your eyes. that will make them look bigger and sparkly. also use mascara on the top lashes.
Use dark eyeliner and black and grey eyeshadows mixed with a nice, purple or gold color.
use white eye liner and a sheer shimmer, on your eyes, also light mascara work!!!! make sure when applying liner to start from the inside!

    hope this helps!
use light colored eyeliner under and over ur eyes like white or cream

I have dark brown hair, light brown eyes and fair skin. What makeup colors would look good on me?

I think with that all coulours would go but try not to use the coulor brown you will look to brown.I have dark brown hair, light brown eyes and fair skin. What makeup colors would look good on me?
    hey, me too ;]

i assume you're talking about eye shadow? with brown eyes you can really do any color you want as long as its blended well and not overpowering. i love using purples, greens, blues, and even browns. try anything and everything. don't be afraid to experiment.

if you're talking about anything else (like blush) definatly go for a bright, rosy pink. it looks amazing on fair skin.I have dark brown hair, light brown eyes and fair skin. What makeup colors would look good on me?
It depends on what season you are. Winter, summer, autumn, or spring. Winter and summer are cold and autumn and spring are warm colors.

If you have golden specks in your eyes you're probably a warm color.

Winters and summers look better in cold colors. Like blue red lipstick, cold pink blush, and cool tones for your eyes.

Autumn and springs need warm colors like coral, rust, brick red, and browns.

How to get the natural ';no makeup'; look for my skin and eyes?

I really like the ';no makeup'; look (even though they're definitely wearing makeup haha), especially for eyes, but how do I do it for me? I have brown/sometimes hazel eyes and fair skin. Someone told me they use grey eyeliner, but this person was blonde with blue eyes so would that work? What eyeliner and eyeshadow colors should I use, and for a blush what shades to go for? Thanks to honest answers! How to get the natural ';no makeup'; look for my skin and eyes?
The ';no makeup'; look really is great, but people have different standards of what ';no makeup'; is. I'm writing these steps based on a picture at Sephora described as the ';no makeup'; look.

    1. Start by applying a moisturizing concealer to blemishes, dark spots, and undereye circles.

    2. Next apply a light peachy-pink matte blush to the apples of your cheeks. (Peach is universally flattering)

    3. Using a pencil liner, line the top of your eye as close to the lashes as possible. (Be sure to draw a verrryyy thin line and to smudge it slightly to make it more natural. Make sure the pencil is long-wearing, but it can be any shade ranging from gray to brown to black)

    4. Apply one coat of a very natural mascara on only your top lashes.

    5. Swipe lips with a clear lip balm or gloss.

    6. If you have oily skin, finish by dusting your face with a clear/translucent finishing powder.

This look is made to bring out your natural beauty, not create it! No one needs shimmer, eyeshadow, or a full face of foundation to look naturally flawless. This look also takes hardly any time to complete! Just remember it is key to have good skin and well arched brows for this look to really be good, so invest in good skin care and eyebrow waxings at a high-quality salon. (Note: eyebrows should look groomed, not creepily perfect. It's okay to let them become a little bushy; that's the look right now! Just make sure they're not all over the place)How to get the natural ';no makeup'; look for my skin and eyes?
The best way to achieve that ';natural'; %26amp; ';no makeup'; look is to only apply eyeliner (for this I would suggest using black or brown) on the top of your eyelids. Not only will this make you look fresh and awake but it is very natural. Also, you can curl your lashes and either apply clear mascara or a black mascara. As for the eye shadow, keep it neutral. Use beige or light brown and overall subtle colors. For blush, use a pretty light pink and apply it to your cheek bones, jaw line, top of your nose, and top of your forehead for an overall natural glow. Don't forget to use your everyday face makeup such as concealer and foundation first to make sure your face looks FLAWLESS =] If you want to see natural makeup in action and get really good instructions you should definitely go on youtube. Search ';ricebunny';. Her name is Michelle Phan and she's really good at portraying ';no makeup'; looks and they always look great. You'll find that a lot of the tips I just gave you really came from what I learned from her! Good luck !!
Im a bit tan with brown eyes. When I want to look natural-no makeup look I just apply tinted moisturizer or my all over powder- concealer under my eyes so it gives a fresh look and I color in my eyebrows (cause I like how it looks but you dont have to if your eye brows are thick- mine are not!) and then lightly put on mascara and a bit of blush! I get comments on how flawless my face looks and I tell them its makeup but they think I hardly wear any! Here are the brands I use %26amp; LOVE!

I have blue eyes and fair skin, but dark brown hair, and I use a brown liner. A very thin line of a brown liner underneath your bottom lashes, none on your top lid. Use a neutral color eye shadow, or none at all, and a light application of mascara. As far as foundation goes, it really helps in making your skin look great. Find a foundation that matches your skin tone, and apply it to your entire face. Make sure you don't leave a line around your jaw line. I usually use a translucent powder on my face after that. Personally, I apply a small amount of a neutral color blush to my cheek bones, as well as right under my eyes, because I am fair skinned. Hope this helps, but remember, it's about what looks best on you and makes you feel good about yourself! Good Luck!

so how can i make them look bigger please helppppHow do i make my eyes look bigger without too much makeup?
Use a white or shimmery white eyeshadow on the inner and outer corners of your eyes, and if it's not too noticeable, use a liquid or pencil liner on your top lid only. Make a thin line along your top lashline, and put it thicker in the middle of your eye. Put on lots of black mascara, apply a couple of coats, then use an eyelash brush to get out any clumps. Black eyeliner makes your eyes stand out but doesn't really enlarge them.

  • School Looks with Makeup, mostly eyes?

I'm in high school. Any pictures or suggestions of nice pretty eye makeup for school? Nothing over the top dramatic please. Thanks.School Looks with Makeup, mostly eyes?
For brands, I suggest Loreal, Covergirl, and Maybelline.

As for looks, I suggest taking a light brown color and covering your eye, up to your eyelid. In the crease, take a darker brown and run it through the crease. Add a light pink shimmery color to just the eyelid, and finally, add eyeliner and mascara. Now, it depends on your eyecolor. With brown eyes, i suggest maybe a light plum or brown. For green eyes, try blues and other light colors. For hazel eyes, try goldish and greenish colors. And for blue eyes, black and browns look great.

After the eyes, add a touch of lipgloss and blush.

This makes a beautiful, simple look. :]

You can make it your own.School Looks with Makeup, mostly eyes?
Basically you can get your school look at a drug store (CVS) for under 20 dollars.

Covergirl puts out eyshadow sets that have 3 shades of whatever color u want. A dark shade and medium shade and a light shade. The dark shade for the crease of your eye , the medium for the lid of your eye, and the light color for highlighting or to base your eye.

You can also get eyeliners in any color usualy ranging from $1-$3

For mascara I suggest anything by maybaleen .. they put out great mascara!

    Goodluck, hope this helped!
I'm 12 going to 7th grade. This is how I put on my makeup.

    -Put on moisturizer.

-You can put on foundation if you have acne. Apply it in a swirling motion.

-Get concealer and put a big dot on under eye circles. Use a rolling motion.

-Get liquid eyeliner and apply it on your upper lashline. Wipe off any eyeliner thats on your lid.

-Get primer and apply on lid and brow bone.

-Get black eye kajal and waterline bottom 1/3 or 2/3 in. Waterline the top until your eyelashes stop. The top might be hard to waterline. Make sure you don't poke yourself!

-Get mascara (not a big fan) and gently stroke lashes.

-Get blush or bronzer (dont care about this). Apply on each cheek 3 times. Add a little on forehead, chin, and nose.

-Finish with light lip gloss! (don't like this either)
For something simple, I recommend just taking neutral brown eye shadows and applying that on your lids. You don't need crazy colors for an everyday look. Also, try using brown eyeliner instead of black for a less dramatic look. Apply it all the way across the upper lash line, but stop halfway on the lower lash line -- this will make your eyes look bigger. Then curl your lashes and apply mascara, and you're done! :)
Ok get an all over lid color that's really close to your skin color, either darker or lighter. You can even use powder foundation for this. Apply all over lids. Then get a different color and apply it to the last third of your eye. If you have green eyes use purple, blue eyes use blue, brown eyes use gold or anything that makes them pop. Blend out and up into crease. Then apply brown eyeliner and mascara.
ok well i hate neutral eyeshadow so i would suggest silver on your lid and dark gray, navy blue, or black on your crease. i also put the dark color on the bottom a little kinda like a liner, it works nice because actual liner makes your eyes look smaller.my fave brand of eyeshadow is urban decay =] if you want some white on your brow bone, that always looks nice too. in my opinion, eyeshadow is the only makeup thats worth spending money on because it stays on better and shows up way better too. for eyeliner, just a line on the top is nice i think. my fave is maybelline or covergirl. if you want a little more pop some days, put a thin line of colored liquid liner on your bottom lashline, it looks really nice. any brand is fine for that. and then mascara, i like lash blast and maybeline colossal! it never hurts to curl your lashes too =] so yeah there you go, it seems like a lot but it really isnt.
hey, ok well all you can do to achieve a great makeup look is:

-put on some eyeliner, like how thin or thick you want it to be

    -then put on mascara

    -and some nice eyeshadow

i mean, its just makeup..play around with it.=]

    xo

    hope i helped

What are your best tips to having clear skin and makeup techniques that make your eyes look bigger?

I have a bit of acne and I wish I knew some way to get rid of it. I try face washes, creams, and still nothing seems to work for long. Also I wish my eyes looked bigger, I know some eye shadow techniques that help make them look a bit bigger. Any other tips would be helpful. Thanks! What are your best tips to having clear skin and makeup techniques that make your eyes look bigger?
After trying every product under the sun to help clear my skin up, I found out that simplicity is better!

Use a simple foaming face wash (I use one by Biore, but Cetaphil cleansers are good also for every skin type) every morning and night, followed by a light oil-free moisturizer with spf.

Once a week in the shower I will use a gentle exfoliator with a washcloth for a nice deep cleansing. MAC used to have one called Volcanic Ash but it was limited edition :( so after I used mine up I switched to a pore-minimizing exfoliator by Biore. Sometimes if I feel that my skin needs extra TLC, I will use Clinique's 15min Turnaround Facial.

Since its the winter time, I sometimes have to add a bit of heavier moisturizer so my skin doesn't dry out.

Other tips I have are to not touch your face with dirty hands, don't pick at any blemishes, drink lots of water, and BE CONSISTENT with your skincare regime (I can't stress that enough).

As for making your eyes look bigger, try using a white eyeliner on your lower waterline (MAC Kohl Pencil Liner in Fascinating is nice) and use either a q-tip or a pencil brush to apply a little bit of highlighter eyeshadow to your inner eye corner (I use MAC's Solar White e/s, but if you can't find it try Vanilla e/s or Dazzlelight e/s). I would also avoid using dark eyeliner all around your eyes, this makes them appear smaller.

Hope that helps! :)What are your best tips to having clear skin and makeup techniques that make your eyes look bigger?
I had a lot of acne problems until recently as well. I found that the best thing for clearing my skin was to quit washing it so much! I also use a Neutrogena face moisturizer, which helps a lot. And keep your hands away from your face! It's a little known fact that touching your face can cause breakouts, and worsen the acne you already have.

I also switched my foundation to Neutrogena's Healthy Skin pressed powder. It's very light, and doesn't conceal, but it really helps with that healthy glow, and I've had a lot fewer pimples since I started using it (it has mild oil controlling properties.)

For eyes, I use a light, shimmery powder on the whole lid. I take a complementing, slightly darker color on the outside edges and blend it well, and use a darker shadow in a line along the lashes. Your best bet is to start the line thick at the outside corner, and let it taper toward the middle of your eye. Depending on your eye shape, the line should end somewhere between the middle and the inside corner of your eye. Blend a highlight right at the center of your eye to make it appear bigger. I use purple eyeshadow, so a dot of pink blended in the center of my lid really helps. Blend well, though- you don't want it to be too obvious.

Also, using a dark brown rather than black mascara can make a big difference. Let your eyelashes accentuate your eyes--not hide them. :)
I drink LOTS of water, i like it and that mostly what i drink. I have clear skin :] I use clinique 3 step skin care, the cleansing foam, clarifying lotion, and moisturizer. I use the clinique acne foam, the 1st step only, one a day to keep the acne away...and I exfoliate one a week(Clinique)

yeah, but thats what i do.....also dont eat lots of junk food

    watch this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M4GVBkicn鈥?/a>
I like to take an eyeliner and extend the line from my bottom lashes a tiny bit past the corner of my eye. It helps to make them look wider. And I read in Cosmo that if you put a dab of very light shimmery eyeshadow right next to the inside corner of your eye it opens it up a great deal too.

Theres really a lot you could do. There are so many products out there so what I end up doing is starting cheap and trying out several products. The review site is pretty good at http://www.brandsmakeup.com visit and browse the reviews.
I have that same problem but all you can do to stop it is go to the dermatologist and get the 4 step acne treatment called Solvere
    OXY !!

    for acne

use the soap and then the cleaning pad

    and for eye

wear pink - or a bright colour - eye shadow , with dark black mascara and dark eyeliner
    take care of you face..
Different products work for different people. If you don't mind spending a little money, I would recommend Pro Active. Even if you don't have horrible acne, Pro Active can still be used to make your face clear. If not, I would recommend Noxzema. I use it and it has a hint of menthol, works pretty well for my combination skin. It may make you break out a little at first because it is bringing all the dirt to the surface of your skin, but if you keep using it, it should clear up your face. I have the same problem you do, you have to be consistent in face care and don't sleep in makeup! Also, I have noticed that the Neutrogena morning glow face Lotion works well with my skin, otherwise it gets dried out. It doesn't clog my pores though and really does give my skin a healthy glow! I still have some clogged pores (nobody is perfect..) but i have noticed a significant improvement in using the stuff i do now. And for eyes, there are a lot of tips. First off, what are the color of your eyes? If brown, you can make 'smokey eyes' and these look really good. A big tip i have is not using black in the bottom of your eyes! I know most people do, but that actually makes them appear smaller. Instead, use a white on the bottom.. just a small amount, it can make them look bigger... white makes it stand out. you can also use a white shadow on the corners of your eyes, I have noticed that this really helps. Colored contacts also makes your eyes seem bigger. Just don't overdo the eyemakeup, use a soft color and a little bit of a darker color in the crease. also, if your eyebrows have more arch your eyes sometimes appear wider. I would either get them waxed or you can just pluck/wax them yourself, just try and arch them more. hope this helps! ;P
find an eyeshadow that makes your eyes pop and stand out. like for example: brown- purple e/s, blue - green? i think? etc. enhance what you have! also, i like lining my upper lashes with a dark brown eyeliner. realllyyy close to the lashline. you might hear it referred to as ';tightlining';. i think shimmery shadows make your eyes pop more than matte ones. and brown mascara opens your eyes a lot, but see if black or brown works better for you.

as for your acne, i used to have acne too. i rarely do now. what i do is maintain a good cleaning regime, as in i wash my face twice a day with a gel cleanser. i usually use nivea refreshing cleanser, anything else that is not too harsh works just fine.

one thing is that i exfoliate my face with a scrub at least once a week. sea salt or sugar scrubs work the best and wreak less havoc than synthetic beads. i use lush ocean salt.

i sometimes use antibacterial foaming soap as well, like twice a week. i've found that it works wonders on my skin (i use bath and body works!) lol, my secret to success ;)

i also make sure that my face is not too dry afterwards either, so i use an oil free moisturizer. right now i quite like this one from nivea, i forget the name sorry.
rub some snow on your face, for bigger eyes, make your eyes look like a racoon. It's really hot.

Im sure it didn't work but at-least I tried...

But try to put eyeliner in the outer UPPER corners of your eyes (like the chinese style, but you really don't have to draw your line to long.) and go over it with a natural or dark colour.

Really focus on the outer upper corners. And when you use your mascara ONLY put it on top, because as soon as you use some on you lower lashes you'll start getting a round effect on your eyes.

When I go out or want to look more fancy I might even use a whiter (not WHITE, but lighter) eye-shadow on my upper cheeks just below the eyes... It just finishes it of nicely.

I hope I explained simple enough...

How do you use makeup to make your eyes look bigger?

i have little, blue eyes and i want them to look bigger. i have pale skin and blonde hair. How do you use makeup to make your eyes look bigger?
Curl your eyelashes and put mascara on them. This way, your eyes don't look covered up from the eyelashes and opens them up. Also, when applying eyeliner, use a white eyeliner for the bottom inner lash line half way, and then a normal-colored one for the outer lash line. How do you use makeup to make your eyes look bigger?
Use white or flesh-toned eyeliner, to line your waterline, it will make your eyes appear more awake, and bigger.

Also apply some in the inner corner of your eyes, and blend it out. :)
Wear a good mascara and curl them before applying the mascara. Also, if you wear eye shadow use two colors. Apply the lighter one close to the tear duct and the darker color on the outer part of the eye.
Go to Youtube and it's videos of girl's putting on make-up and showing you how too apply it and it's easy just type in make-up and it will show you.
you can put white eyeliner on your bottom lid, and use mascara.

How can I make my eyes look great without too much makeup?

My eyes are almond shaped, and I really don't like wearing eyeliner but I do because I'm so used to it.How can I make my eyes look great without too much makeup?
Yeah, so are mine. I'd say use a curling mascara, or just curl your lashes. Use a fine eyeliner is needed. A pale pink eyeshadow with a pearly sheen to it will open your eye, pale pink is the best to open up the eye, when paired with a pearl finish. A shimmer or sheen will always open up a eye, so if your prefer any other colors, pick one with a sheen, and also being a light shade. Only one color for your eyeshadow is good enough, just keep it simple. Dark colors seem to close the eye, so no smoky eyes. (unless that it really what your going for, fine) Also, highlighting the browbone will seem to open your eye, and give it some depth.

How can use makeup to make my eyes look dramatic and japanese?

my eyes already look somewhat japanese. i just want to know how to emphasize them. i love the way Miyavi and the members of SuG do their's, even tho they're guys...and i want to get a similar effect. i always use lots of eyeliner, mascara, and multi colored eyeshadow so im not down for basic looks. please help me!How can use makeup to make my eyes look dramatic and japanese?
    1. Cover your upper and lower lids with concealer. This will make the flesh seem thicker and fattier, and the over-all surface seem flatter. This is essential for Asian-looking eyes.

    2. Apply white powder to the inner corner of your eyes and brow bone, just beneath your eyebrows. Blend well. This will further the effect of step #1. (Apply to the cheek bones, for higher cheekbone effect). The light will reflect off of the white powder, and make the flesh seem very ';full';.

    3. Tight line the eyes with black pencil. This will thicken the lash-line, and close in the eyes slightly... making the upper lids seem heavier.

    4. You want to minimize the crease in your lids, as much as possible. With Black (or very dark brown) liquid eyeliner, line the upper lids with a long, smooth line. Sweep the ends out slightly past the natural end of your eye, and ';flick'; it up.

(do not worry about lining the lower lids, this will open the eyes and even perhaps drag them down at the outer corners)

    5. Apply a little peach or gold eyeshadow on your upper lids. (Try to stay away from dark colors. It does not matter if you apply beneath or on top of your eyeliner, but underneath will give a stronger effect, than if the shadow is on top of the liner.)

    6. Top everything off with mascara, blush and lipstick/lip.

Practice using liquid eyeliner. Once you get the hang of it, its dead easy to do flicks and tapered edges. Rimmel do a good version with an easy brush to use.

Barry M do great coloured liquid eyeliners. You can also get glittery versions if you want something even more special. Urban decay do some great once but they're a little pricey.

If you're only 14, you're skin isn't aging yet! Don't be worried about that, just use sunscreen everyday to prevent it from happening later in life. Try getting a Neutrogena or Burt's Bees eye cream, those two brands have a good selection and they usually work. Also, try getting the right amount of sleep (about 9 hours). Try putting a freezing cold damp paper towel over your eyes and see if that works. Otherwise, consider going to a dermotologist.
if they are from sleep, go to sleep earlier and then set your alarm for a few minutes later so you can get some more sleep (that worked best for me)

I think dark colours, coz it will stand outs and put like ';frame'; and add a focous point to your pale areas. Black or dark brown eye liner would look eally good on you, I also knew a girly once, who had the same type of look you are describing and had a eye liner very simerlar to the colour of her eyes, which really made her eyes stand out and gave them that little something extra. I'd say to wear bright colours, but play arround with different styles to find something that suits you, coz it's not just aboust eye colour, hair colour, or skin colour, it's also aboust your build and your whole facial structure, and also clothes should really reflect you as a person, but go into a chemist and use the testers they have for make ups, and just play arround with it's, to find the best make up for you. You will find different styles and colours will suit different people, also a light pink lipgloss and light pink blush I think would look perfect on you.:]I have Blonde Hair, Green eyes, really light skin, What makeup would look best on me?

What makeup would make my eyes look best??

I have green eyes, dark blonde hair and a medium/fair complexion. My eyelashes are short, I use eyelash curlers and i use the mascara--sky high curves. Somehow i just can't get them to stand out enough. Also, what color eyeshadow should i wear? and eyeliner. What would make me look the best? What makeup would make my eyes look best??
Sometimes lining only the top or the bottom will help to open up the eye more than if you line both. I know this definitely true in my case! If you want to line both, you might try tightlining on the upper lash line (a very, very thin line). Remember, liner is actually supposed to give the illusion of longer, fuller eyelashes!

As for eyeshadows, if you have warmer, olive-toned skin, greens and colors within that family that are more golden will do you wonders. You can also try shimmery golds or soft beiges/creams; these work well on most complexions and eye shapes. I especially find a nice beige color on the lid with a slightly-darker-than-your-natural-skin color in the crease is an excellent way to open up eyes and give them that ';pop'; factor.

You can wear whatever you want to wear, as long as you do it well. I'm really a firm believer in that your eye color is not the determinant of what colors you can wear and which ones you cannot. It is more about what you're comfortable and confident in, because those attributes will show!

Greens always go well with brown-green eyes, especially olive ones. You can also try warmer, golden colors to accentuate the brown in your eyes. When in doubt or experimenting with a new color, go soft rather than bold. Browns and neutrals are universal colors that are awesome on anyone, so those are great fall-back alternatives, too.

But don't feel like your hair or eye color locks you into a certain color family!

I find some of the best ways to find looks to make your eyes look amazing is to peruse through ones other people have done, and you can find these as FOTDs or face of the days posted on various communities and forums, as I've listed in my sources. :)What makeup would make my eyes look best??
Try Maybelline Great Lash Mascara, its in a pink bottle and a green cap. I would use a purple or black eyeliner. Light greens and purple/plums make green eyes pop!
Try a different mascara. I like Cover Girls Lash Exact and their Volume Exact. My sister likes L'Oreal Telescopic mascara (same concept as Cover Girls) They use a different type of brush so the mascara goes on your lashes better.

Eyeshadow wear purple, golds, bronzes, browns, and greens.

    Eyeliner use brown or black.

Everything I mentioned would make you look the best.

Brown eyes can be made to look more youthful in soft pinks, shimmering beiges and luscious apricots and light champagnes. For a more classic look, they glow in coppers and bronzes, khaki greens and doe browns. Take a more retro approach, try neon blues, hot pinks and bright greens, they will definately make your eyes pop. My favorite eye shadow collection is L'Oreal High Intensity Pigment (HIP) eyecolors. You do not need to apply a primer, the colors are rich and vibrant, do not crease or fade, they come in concentrated shadow duo's and can be found normally for around 7-10 dollars, they also have HIP Metallic Duo's for a little more funky of a look. L'Oreal also makes HIP Pure Pigment Shadow Sticks, which I do not like as much as the duo's, but work, I'm sure for other people. L'Oreal offers an entire line of HIP products, including mascara's and eye liners. Wow, guess I should work for them, huh? Also, if you are looking for the HIP collection, I noticed in my travels, that if one store carries HIP, they will not carry MAC, and vise versa, for example, my Wal-Mart does not carry HIP, although they offer MAC, and I can get my HIP from the local Target ,but not MAC. Good luck, have fun!!
Well. dark eyes are sexy, so why have them lighter. Anyways here's some help. If you want lighter Natural eyes use a peach or off white colour on your eye lids. To make them stand out, use liquid eyeliner or normal on the bottom and on the top, if you like you could put a flick on the side to get that sexy look. If you want them to be brighter as well, You could always buy some brighter eyes eye drops, they work a treat! Anyway, i hope this helped

Use petroleum jelly and mix it with gold eye shadow. It stays on longer and your eyes will look gorgeous. But if you do this, make sure you only put makeup on your eyes. anything else would over do it.
Try a little gold eyeliner around the entire eye or just on the bottom.
use foundation on the eye lid to give it more Definition and use liquid eyeliner

I need a really natural makeup look. I have bright blue eyes, pale skin, and dark chocolate hair.?

If you have a makeup tutorial that you think I should watch please link it to me! Also, I don't have a lot of time in the morning so defiantly something quick and easy.I need a really natural makeup look. I have bright blue eyes, pale skin, and dark chocolate hair.?
Well, this is what I think you should do (since I have similar features):

    1) Since you have blue eyes, stick to clear/brown mascara. Black is WAY to dramatic. I like to use clear. If you want to spend more time, then curl your lashes- if not, then use a curling mascara. IF you want to put eyeshadow on, then stick with a pale, natural color. If you really want the natural look, don't go for eyeshadow at all.

    2) I usually don't use foundation on my skin. I have been blessed with clear skin. However, if I ever do use anything, it would be tinted moisterizer. Maybe some concealer to cover an occasional spot/pimple.

    3) Maybe put some blush on. I find that a pale, pink blush (like the NARS orgasm) looks WONDERFUL on pale skin. :)

    4) Put on some lip gloss/ lip stick and you're good to go!I need a really natural makeup look. I have bright blue eyes, pale skin, and dark chocolate hair.?
I dont know of any tutorials, but use sheer cover products which are so easy %26amp; make you look naturally PERFECT

before sheet cover i used maybelline pure makeup foundation which was really good %26amp; light aswell.

Keep the foundation a light texture, and just small amounts of lip balm or gloss.

If you neeed to wear mascara, make it a brown NOT jet black, looks more natural.

And cheeks often ruin the natural look, so go easy on the blush/bronzer, use just enough for colour, not so much it looks fake.

And seeing as you have blue eyes, a eyeshadow whith a blue hue in it will set them off nicely :)

    goodluck x
me 2!!! if your skin sux, put on a foundation that matches your jawline color. blush just makes us look sooooo adorable!!! peachy nude lip gloss is gr8 2. and, if you like a little eyeliner, put some on freely, and wipe it off, but dont like, try too hard. it'll leave a little on, and look super cute. dont forget the mascara

    put on white eyeliner
USE BRIGHT AND VIVID EYE SHADOWS LIKE GREEN OR BLUE
well a concealer for you skin tone will help, you want too make sure that when you do find one, that it does not wash the rest of you out, and that you look matte and then to make your eyes look bigger, take your eye line pencil and go from outer corner under the eye, half way and then blend with the contour of the shadow you are useing on the lid, also keep in mine eye color is important on what you use..and put a small bit of eyeliner on upper just outer corner, just right until you can feel the eye ball.. true secreat is blending and matching
base on experience, i put shimmery white eye shadow behind the eyes.. near the nose. just outline the sides..

it will make yoiut look bright and it opens up eyes..
I don't know what color your eyes are but there are different shades that can really complement the shape of your eyes. I have blue and find that using black eye liner and mascara make them appear bigger. Also, use an eye lash curler. Don't be too excessive with the make-up though.

How to make my eyes look bigger by using makeup?

tell me everything you know. i will pick a best answerHow to make my eyes look bigger by using makeup?
use white eyeliner around the bottom and inner corners of your eyes. this gives the illusion that the white of your eyes are further down, and so makes your eyes look bigger.

always use a lighter hsade of eyeshadow on the bottow of your eyes also.

use dark/black eyeliner on the top lid of your eyes, and on the outer corner.

for your eyelashes i suggest using an eyelash curler.

having bigger eyelashes draws attention to your eyes making them bigger.

a good mascara will also do this.

if your eyelashes are very thin and short, buy a nice pair of false eyelashes. these can be awkward to put on, however, and dont use them too often, and don't go wild with the glue, otherwise they will leave sticky deposits on the rim of your eyes.

if it's your eyes you want to draw attention to, also, go for neautral lipgloss shades.

either emphasise your eyes or your lips, never both and never neither.

Brown shadows look good on pretty much everyone, whether you are fair, medium, with blue eyes, brown eyes, green eyes, etc. I use this kit that I got from Sephora that contains three different shades of brown eyeshadow. First the light brown shadow goes on your lid and up to your brows. Then the medium brown shadow should go only on your eyelids, but make sure to blend the two browns so it doesn't look trashy! Then apply the dark brown shadow to your top and bottom lash lines. And remember to blend! Then apply dark liquid eyeliner to your top lash line (this takes practice), and a little bit of dark pencil eyeliner on the bottom lash line. Finish with a few coats of dark mascara, and viola! You should have a sultry, sexy look, but at the same time soft and pretty. Best of both worlds, right? ;D I hope I helped and good luck!
well, eyeliner is the key but you want to use on your upper lids as well to make your eyes seem bigger. Also, using the right kind of shadow colors to help bring out your eye color
a good liner and eyeshadow is good. using mascara and curling your lashes definitely helps too. if you don't have an eyelash curler, you can place your index finger between your upper and lower lashes, after you have applied your mascara, and close your eyes so that the upper lashes touch your finger and curl.
well i use eye liner and apply it on the inner rims of my lids and then i apply it on the outside where my eyelashes grow. then i finish with mascera. If im going out I do the same procedure only then i use black eyeshadow on the outside rims.
it all depends on the color and shape of your eye.

white eyeliner can do wonders for some people, but it doesn't do that much for me. also, if your eyes are more round, you probably don't want to put eyeliner on your bottom lid, and you definitely don't want to put very much mascara on the bottom lashes.

white eyeshadow (very thinly applied, so that it only shimmers) is good on the brow bone only, and along the outside of your eyebrows so that it pulls the viewer's eyes toward the sides of your face and makes your eyes appear wider.

also, using two colors of eyeLINER works well. first do your normal black or brown, then smudge into it another color that brings out the color of your eyes.

one more thing: glossy lips and white teeth make your eyes look bigger too- the white brings out the white in your eyes.

    good luck!

here's a tutorial on how to get large looking eyes. It seems wierd, but it works!!!How do you do your makeup to make your eyes look bigger?
only put eye liner on either the upper or lower lid, if your applying it to your lower lid make sure you don't apply it all the way to the corner, also try putting a little white eye shadow in the corner of your eyes.
    white eyeliner

    white eye shadow

    lotsss of black mascara

    fake eyelashes

    good luck
use white eyeliner on waterline, shimmery white on inner corners and an eyelash curler makes your eyes bigger.
White shimmery eyeliner on the inner corners
well always wear a color that's opposite of your eye so do a rust or brown or burgundy

How should I do my makeup to bring out my eyes but it still looks natural?

I'd like to bring out my eyes a little more than just plain old black eyeliner and sometimes mascara. I want it to look natural, yet you can see it. I have dirty blonde hair, and brown eyes. Thank you for reading and please answer!!! How should I do my makeup to bring out my eyes but it still looks natural?
To made your eyes pop more, use a creme colored eyeshadow on the inside corner of your eye. Then, use a base shimmery brown colored eye shadow. Next, take a dark brown eye shadow and use that on the outside corners of your eye. Then take brown eye liner and use it on the whole top lid and 3/4 of the bottom lid. Then top off with some black mascara.

This should make your eyes pop while still staying natural. How should I do my makeup to bring out my eyes but it still looks natural?
Purple, light green and golds work best with brown. Have you ever tried to do the smoky look? That works well also.
