Hi :-) i think that you look reall pretty with or without make up you look really nautual without thought so i would only wear eyeliner on days that you feel like dressing up :-) By the way you have like beautiful flawless skin :-) Lucky!!
You look good either way it just depends on what look you're going for. Without=young , innocent, naiive. With=older, sophisticated, glamorous.
