Black eyeliner on top lashline would make eyes stand out more and look more ';forward';

idk what you mean by deep, but if your talking about dark circles or making your eyes look brighter you could always try Lancome Concealer under your eye, just pat it on %26amp; BAM! already it makes you look awake, %26amp; bright(:
i don't know what you mean but yes white eyeliner to make you look more awake.and like kind of a navy blue eyeliner to make the whites in your eyes whiter,
black mascara on top and clear on bottom. no black liner on top or bottom and white liner on the bottom.
