I have tiny eyes.. got any ideas to make them appear and seem to look bigger with makeup? I heard that white eyeliner works? Does it? Plzz help! Thnx for ur answers!How to make my eyes look bigger with makeup?

Use eyeliner only on the outer rim of the eyelids, not the inner rim.

Use a light shade of eye shadow on the upper lid leading up to the brow, which will open up the eye. A darker color can be used in the fold of the eye.

Use a light shimmery color on top and under lighty then wear liquid eyeliner on the top and make it come out a little like cat eyes but not 2 far.
Yes, I have heard that as well. Wear mascara on your top lashes and line the bottom with white eyeliner. I know some people might think this is bad but if you really want nice, curly, long lashes (this will make your eyes look bigger), put on mascara and when it dries, curl it with an eyelash curler. It really makes your eyes look bigger.
If you have blue eyes go with gold eyeshadow. For green use light pink. If you have Hazel eyes you should use purple. And for brown eyes use try a smokey look. Then put on some masscara using the TWW method. TAP the end of the masscara wand onto a napkin then WIPE off the excess masscara off the tip of the wand. Finally, when applying WIGGLE the masscara on from the roots of your lashes to the tips. This method will give the effect of long thick ah-mazing lashes without clumps. Then for a quick eye-popper take some white eyeliner and line the top eyelid starting from the inner corner of your eye. Carefully lining your eye, end the line with a slight upward angle at the outer corner of your eye. For the bottom lid start 1/3 away from your outer eye corner and line toward the outer corner ending right at the end of your eye. Then take some white eye shadow and right below your eyebrow sweep just a little bit of the shadow along your brow. yes, you're right about the white eyeliner-apply it to your lower lash line (where you would normally apply eyeliner) a light tan shimmery eyeshadow on your lids and a light, shiny powder right around your tear ducts. also, use a very black, lengthening mascara- don't use a thick or volumizing mascara, it will only make your eyes look even smaller. i dont suggest using eyeliner on your lids, just a brown liner along upper lash line (under lashes). hope ive been able to help you a bit. =)

USe some eyeliner,ANd some mascara-that thicks up the lashes not the ones with a small head.GO for chunky!!!





And I dont rly need any eyeliner but still try it and white eyeliner is nice but if ur doing that keep ur lips natural,never use lip gloss unless you want to look lik chavi barbie :D





And for ur eyes,keep them very ...natural lik a light gold or white
Use brightener near the tear duct, and wear light eyeshadow.

use a black eyeliner on the upper lash.. and try to use a good mascara .. they will change the whole shape of ur eyes!! maybe u should use an Eyelash Curler ... they r good too..
White eyeliner does work!





Apply white eyeliner on your lower rim. Thats the pink part or your bottom lashes. Becareful not to poke your eyeball.


Then apply from lashlines to creases a really light eyeshadow or maybe neutral, but make sure its light.


After that, line thinly your upper lashlines with an eyeliner; either liquid or pencil.


Lastly you can use the white eyeliner pencil and apply some to the inner corners of your eyes. It helps brighten up your face.





Optional: you can also choose to curl your eyelashes and apply mascara on upper and lower lashlines to help open up your eyes.
