Whats the best way to use makeup to make your eyes look less tired?

My eyes are hazel and relatively big naturally but im looking for ways to make them sort of ';pop'; or open up. I'm a first time mom and I'm always tired. How do I get rid of that tired look?Whats the best way to use makeup to make your eyes look less tired?
Use a shade or two lighter concealer under your eyes, Then using a brush sweep your normal color powder on lightly. Use a liquid concealer so there will be less creasing putting on a extra moisturizer on under your eyes will help the concealer go on smoother. Then apply a light color shimmer eye shadow from your brow line all th way to the eyelash line covering the entire lid. Tab the tip of your eyeshadow brush in the eyeshadow and apply it to the corner of the inside of your eye pulling down so that it goes all the way to the bottom lash line and down a little bit. The color should be a bone or cream color. Then using a gold tone eyeshadow apply it on the top lid all over but not above the crease. Then Using a little darker gold or brown color use a brush and sweep it on the crease generously. Then wipe off the excess and then pull that up onto the bone just enough to smooth it out so there is no line. Put a dark brown eyeliner on very thin on top so that you can't barley see it then line the inside upper and lower eyelash line all the way across from corner to corner. If you pull the eyeliner up a little on the outside just so that it curves up a bit and tapers of the will make your eyelashes appear fuller. Then apply a dark mascara to top heavy and to bottom lightly.Whats the best way to use makeup to make your eyes look less tired?
First don't use powder because you want a glow on your face and eyes not a heavy dry look so first use Benefit eye bright pencil you can find it at Sephora.com and for Concealer you can use benefit booing Concealer and some mascara to open up your eyes and apply the Benefit eye bright pencil in the corners of your eyes it makes your eye pop and look brighter
Use a light reflecting concealer under your eyes, but not too much. Line your bottom lash line with a beige eyeliner, or a white color if you want. Line the top lash line with a darker color, like brown. You can use foundation on your eyelids, to cover any veins. Just be gentle. Put a little bit of white or silver eyeshadow in the inner corners of your eyes, and use a healthy dose of mascara.
First use concealer to cover any dark areas under the eyes. Now for a trick a lot of people don't know about: Use a light shade of eye shadow on the inner corners of the eyes. It really opens up the eyes. I also suggest trying Physician's Formula Shimmer Strips Custom Eye Enhancing Shadow for your particular eye color here: http://www.physiciansformula.com/en-us/p鈥?/a>

Physician's Formula Shimmer Strips Custom Eye Enhancing Shadow is sold at a lot of stores including CVS stores. I also like their eyeshadows because they are gentle on the skin.
Get a concealer thats got highlighter in it. The sort that looks kinda like a paintbrush. Put it under your eyes and along your brow bone. The best of these is YSL touche eclat - well worth it!

Also try curling your eyelashes - whether or not you're wearing mascara.

Also eat healthy (if you dont already) it can make your skin glow :)

Geez I have the exact same problem as you! But I think the liquid type of concealers are not that great. Try Cover Girl smoother's. It has aqua current science and it is the best one I have tried. It lasts a long time and isn't expensive depending on where you buy it. It comes in a blue ';lipstick'; container. And is not liquid. Also if you want foundation Cover Girl has that new aqua smooth one to. It comes in a blue compact. The best one I ever tried. If you want you can go to covergirl.com

They have reviews on their website from customers. Also if you are looking for a treatment cream I think most of them are just wasteful of money. I bought the Nivea Visage in the blue tiny container. It doesn't work so great and it just seems like it is concealer that doesn't last long. Plus lots of bad reviews on the internet.
My eyes are quite big as well and i've found this works well :

- Concealer on upper and lower lid

- Line inner lower lash line and top lash line with white eyeliner

- Mascara

- Apply highlighter/nude shimmery eyeshadow below eyebrow and just above the cheekbone near the eye socket.

Hope this helps.
use power foundation all over your eyes.

then concealer (this is more liquid) under your eyes.

use eyeliner, best brown as your eyes are hazel.

then mascara only on top.

then add a pink or any natural colour eyeshadow (:

it helps me alot :)
