How can I make my eyes look bigger with makeup?

I think I have pretty brown eyes, but they're really small...like oriental small, but I'm not Asian.

So, I was just wondering if anyone had any makeup tricks that would make them look bigger? How can I make my eyes look bigger with makeup?
I got a little confused with your question: you first said you wanted to make your eyes look bigger without making, then asked for ';makeup tricks'; on making them look bigger. Which one did you really want?

Anyway, without make-up there isn't much you can do, sadly. You can try curling your lashes with an eyelash curler, then that works best with mascara. Just curl it three times, holding it for three seconds each other and hope they stay curled.

To make them look bigger with make-up, try wearing mascara that thickens and lengthens your lashes. If they aren't curled, then curl them for that works the best! Also, try wearing eyeliner, going only a quarter or a third of the way underneath your eyes to open them up. Make sure the eyeliner color looks good on you! White eyeliner looks great on everyone and works wonders. How can I make my eyes look bigger with makeup?
You'll want to use lighter colors on your lid. Shimmer is also good. So look for pinks and creams that have shimmer. Apply them from your lash line up to your crease. To add a little more dimension to your eyes, you can apply a darker color into the crease -- like a grey or dark brown.

With your eyeliner, when applying on the bottom, only bring the line in about 1/3. This can also be just a touch below your lashes.

You can also look for a white eyeliner, or take your pink/cream/whatever light color shimmery eye shadow and use a bit of it at the inside corner of your eye, as well as along the bottom lashes the 2/3 that you didn't put your regular eyeliner. The white liner can also be used on the water line, but I've never had much success with that without having everything eventually run. But you can try it and see how well it works for you.

The lighter colors will help things appear larger, while the contrasting darker colors will still add definition to your eyes.

Curling your top lashes and applying some mascara will also help to make your eyes appear more open. You could also use clear mascara on your bottom lashes if you'd like. If you want to use black or brown mascara on your bottom lashes, I would only use it at the outside corner -- pretty much only that 1/3 portion where you put your regular eyeliner.

I hope that all makes sense.
ok, i am NOT a marykay consultant, actually i'm an Arbonne consultant, but i LOVE marykay's makeup tips they have on their website. i would recomend checking out their site just for that. but as for makeup. Arbonne is much better (in my opinion) that's why i turned down the mary kay consultant and joined Arbonne. here is the mary kay website: http://www.marykay.com/whatsnew/applicat鈥?/a>

Arbonne's makeup is formulated without mineral oils and without animal products and bi-products. it has no chemical fragrances as well, so you don't get that nasty smell like mary kay products have.

check out my website for more information on arbonne and to view their awesome products: http://home.comcast.net/~chrisandlisa/si鈥?/a>
Put more mascara on the top lashes, and use none or hardly any at all on the bottom. Also, use a highlighting or light eye shadow right below your eyebrow toward the outside edge.
