in the second pic it looks like she only has eyeliner on the bottom and a little gold eyeshadow on top. when you are putting on liquid eyeliner, be very careful and make sure not to get it as straight as possible! and make sure you buy a mascara that doesn't clump!
Apply the liquid eyeliner really close to your lashline, and then let it flare out a bit on the ends.
do not do your makeup like that!!!
