Personally, shades of purple compliment brown eyes. For a day look I would go for a lighter shade of plum and a dark amethyst purple for night. Try lining your upper and lower lid with a brown/black eyeliner and NOT black - the brown/black color will make your eyes pop more. Experiment with different shades until you get a look you like. I would go with purples. They really bring the brown out in your eyes.

purple will look great and green is fun!!! go for golds and bronze colours.... Black kohl eyeliners are great and go as dark as you can!!!





I have brown eyes and sometimes dark hair( it changes every month) and olive skin and i find purple is best for fun, and bronze is great for every day!! use a good bronzer to give you a glow as well!
Plums, bronze, golden sand, forest green as an accent color....charcoal pencil for a smoky eye. You can pull off some pretty intense looks with this coloring.
Like you I have dark hair/eyes and to your advantage you can pretty much wear any color on your lids.
I would stay with natural that go with your skin type.
