Well, Miley has blue eyes, and it's all depending on which color eyes you have.
If you have blue eyes, darker colors make your eyes POP!

In this picture she's only wearing mascara, so, I would suggest that and if you have dark eyes, try whereing light colors
(light purple, light brown, ect)

ew stop trying to be like her..but if ur so desperate....just put on some simple, cheap eye shadow of any color that looks good on you or just dont put any at all. and dont forget those hillbilly trash up clothes, it wud really bring out those eyes.
