mettalic eye shadows look great on alot of people
brown or plum eyeliner would make your eye color pop
black mascara is classic
navy mascara can make the whites of your eyes whiter as well as make your eye color stand out
blue or teall eyeshadow would also look nice
loreal hip pigments have nice products for good prices at any drugstore

just by looking at your i would say bronze and golds cause ur so fair complected you might also want to try biege or if u want a color color try i nice floral green or light plumb ... think out side the box, its might sound wierd but dont apply to much all over the eye just a little on the lid.

I think the best look on you would be dark brown eyeliner, on the top and bottom would look cute. and then some brownish black mascara. because black eye makeup looks really hard on people with light hair and from what i can see your hair is pretty light. you don't really need eyeshadow.
you should go to the store and checfk ot the almay line of make up they have some colors to match your eys and make them pop out im sure if you add some brown liner on your lower lid it will also make your eyes stand out especialy with glasses.you should go for green hues,blueish, purples
